Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at The Liro Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and supervise large-scale construction projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, buildings, and structures.
  • Schedule and coordinate all construction processes, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
  • Coordinate and inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and standards.
  • Develop and implement Construction Management Plans, including progress tracking and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement an effective schedule of values for payments, change order control, and evaluation systems.
  • Conduct regular schedule analysis to ensure project progress and completion.
  • Track project progress using electronic project control and scheduling systems.
  • Design and manage processes to efficiently support program objectives.
  • Interface with senior management personnel and clients to ensure project success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Resident or Assistant Resident Engineer.
  • Public agency experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
