Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with K-12 students in a dynamic and supportive environment, fostering a positive learning environment and helping each student reach their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate Communication Skills: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the specific speech and language needs of each student.
  • Design Individualized Therapy Plans: Tailor intervention strategies to each student's unique challenges, targeting areas such as articulation, fluency, and social communication.
  • Collaborate with a Dynamic Team: Work with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Track Progress and Adapt Plans: Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to ensure continued growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility or current license to practice as an SLP in Texas.
  • ASHA certification (not required, but a plus).
  • Experience in a school setting, though passion and dedication to working with children are the most important.
