We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Family Health Clinic team. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, functioning within the scope of your license.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to patient assessments and ensure the well-being of patients.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services.
- Educate patients and families about disease treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge and available resources.
Requirements
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program or current LPN/LVN license to practice in Texas.
- High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
