Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience as a B2B Sales Representative with a proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and negotiation.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Make targeted cold calls and visits to existing and prospective customers to generate new business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales efforts
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions, needs, and interests

Requirements

  • Proven 2+ years of experience as a B2B Sales Representative or similar role
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field preferred
