Are you an Audiologist seeking a challenging assessment role with the VA?

We invite applications from qualified professionals to join MRG Exams as an Audiologist, performing medical assessments on United States Veterans.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with veterans, reviewing their medical records and conducting assessments using the Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test. The audiologist will complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) in the computer portal, providing critical evidence for the VA's benefits decisions.

A key aspect of this role is that the audiologist will not prescribe medical treatments or devices.

The workload is manageable, with an average of 3-6 patients per day, scheduled over 3 days a week. This in-person position offers flexibility without evening, weekend, or on-call commitments.

We require an Au.D graduate from an ASHA Accredited school, a current license as an Audiologist, and meets the VA's credentialing requirements. Malpractice insurance and health insurance options are provided by MRG Exams.

Benefits include malpractice insurance coverage, access to health insurance options, and ASHA Learning Pass membership for continuing education credits. Based on industry standards and location in Malvern, AL, we estimate a salary range of $60,000-$80,000 annually.
