Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Liaison to join our Marketing team at Price Solutions.

  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively following up on their needs, addressing concerns, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of our products and services, enabling you to effectively answer client inquiries and ensure that they make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Feedback Provision: Offer constructive feedback to the management team to facilitate business growth and improvement.
  • Closing Sales: Utilize effective closing techniques to secure sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Ongoing Training: Participate in mandatory training sessions to stay updated on system knowledge, products, and services.

Requirements

  • A minimum of one year's experience in direct customer service roles.
  • The ability to adapt to new situations and prioritize customer-centric approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
