Kadlec Regional Medical Center is a leading health care organization in the Tri-Cities and surrounding region of southeast Washington, seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its esteemed Oncology department at the Tri-Cities Cancer Center.
The ideal candidate will work in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment with other Physicians and APPs within the department, primarily in an inpatient setting. This role offers diverse opportunities to engage with cases involving solid tumors, both benign and malignant hematology, as well as perform various procedures including bone marrow biopsies.
Compensation Package
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, ranging from $125,999 to $162,872 per year. This includes productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
About the Role
- This is an inpatient only position with a Monday to Friday schedule, offering no weekend or on-call responsibilities.
- Candidates will thrive in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Prior Oncology and Hospitalist Medicine experience is preferred but not required; new graduates with significant Oncology nursing experience are also welcome to apply.
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience providing care to Oncology patients as an advanced practice provider is preferred.
