Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team at Lee Company. As a Claims Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Legal Affairs by managing insurance claims and processes, overseeing relationships with insurance adjusters, and ensuring the proper investigation and filing of claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance claims and processes, including reviewing and directing new claims for timely resolution.
- Oversee relationships with insurance adjusters and ensure accurate records of all claim-related activities.
- Act as a liaison between Lee Company employees and the Legal and Risk Department regarding workers compensation, auto, and general liability insurance claims, procedures, and investigations.
- Review and report on claim trends to assist the Director of Legal Affairs in identifying emerging issues.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of experience with commercial multi-line insurance claims, including auto, general liability, and workers compensation claims.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong technical aptitude, creativity, and ability to research and solve complex issues.
- Interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
