Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biological Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with farmers, dealers, and industry partners in southern South Dakota.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
  • Closing high-value sales deals and driving the adoption of products across the market.
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers.

Requirements:

  • Ag degree in a science field, Agronomy or Plant Sciences, etc.
  • Understanding of regional agricultural variety.
  • Sales acumen to identify, approach, and sell to appropriate customers.
  • Established customer base in the territory.
  • Ability to communicate with producers, retailers, industry partners, etc.
  • Previous sales experience with biologicals, seed, fertilizers, ag chem, etc.
  • Self-motivated and enjoys building a business.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $85,000 - $125,000+
  • Commissions: Uncapped
  • Vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement arrangement (your choice).
