Job Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on manual machining experience.
  • Able to verify finished work pieces meet specifications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances (±0.0002).
  • Experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
  • Ability to read and accurately interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, sketches, tooling, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters.
  • Proven ability to think analytically and use mathematics to meet job requirements.
  • Able to lift 30 pounds unassisted.

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as subsidized health insurance, paid holidays, and bonus pay.
