As a Dog Grooming Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the well-being of our canine clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a clean, hygienic environment for dogs to be groomed
  • Communicating effectively with dog owners at drop-off and pick-up, offering necessary feedback about the groom and/or dog during the visit
  • Maintaining a tidy workspace

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working independently with dogs, and have a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you should enjoy working with both humans and dogs, be open to feedback and continuous learning, and demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
