Program Overview

Precision Castparts Corp's Development Programs are designed to take emergent talent through a high-velocity two-year rotational program, complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC's business in a multitude of manufacturing environments.

This program is specifically designed for recent and/or graduating seniors and is in various locations around the U.S.

Participants will gain valuable, hands-on work experience with one of the world's leading suppliers to aerospace and power generation industries.

They will also have unique visibility to multiple levels of the organization, 1:1 mentorship, access to a training suite, and fast-track internal progression to leadership roles within PCC.

The program design includes a first year of learning the foundations of PCC's Network/Application infrastructure, ERP implementations, and supervision, followed by a second year of building on those foundations at another PCC location.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing, and excellent communication skills.
