Lead Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Mass General Brigham seeks a skilled Psychiatric Charge Nurse to join their team in Lexington, Massachusetts. As a key member of the nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leadership to the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide immediate and long-term nursing care needs of patients within the standards of the department, hospital, and regulatory agencies.
- Accurately assess patients' needs, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions.
- Take a leadership role in organizing and providing patient care, teaching needs of patients and significant others, and maintaining professional growth and competency.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- No experience required, one year medical/psychiatric experience preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Basic computer skills to use electronic or online systems for communication, clinical, and administrative purposes.
- Competitive salary: $83,000 - $120,000 per annum based on experience.
