Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at Nevell Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the estimating process, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality estimates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage the estimating process, including the development of estimates, bid proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality estimates, on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Approx. 5+ years of industry experience as an estimator
  • Experience with Quick Bid & On-Screen Take-Off estimating software
  • Advanced knowledge of Metal Studs, Drywall, Taping, Lath & Plasters, EIFS
  • Advanced understanding of bid process
  • Advanced knowledge of industry-specific regulations
  • Ability to review contracts for scope and bid amount accuracies as well as qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
