Job Title: Horizontal Construction Engineer About the Job: As a Horizontal Construction Engineer in the Army National Guard, you will play a critical role in the construction process. Your responsibilities will include operating heavy equipment, clearing and excavating construction sites, and assisting in the performance of combat engineer missions.
