About the Job

The Supported Employment Specialist will be responsible for assisting individuals with on-the-job support, ensuring their successful integration into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and training at job sites to ensure seamless employment experiences.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to promote effective communication and teamwork.
  • Monitor and document client progress, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to established protocols and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and adhere to agency policies and procedures.
Work Environment

This position requires working in various settings, including job sites and office environments. You will need to be physically able to reach, push, pull, stoop, stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds.
