About the Role:

We are seeking a Hospice Business Development Specialist to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a leading hospice, palliative, and pediatric comfort care provider, we are dedicated to serving patients and families with love and delivering the highest quality care.

Job Summary:

The Hospice Business Development Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and generating new hospice business in both existing and new accounts, identifying new markets, and maintaining existing service. This role will also involve coordinating care for referred patients, educating the community and medical professionals about hospice services, and ensuring continuity of care through daily interaction with patients, medical professionals, other referral sources, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and generating new hospice business in existing and new accounts
  • Identifying new markets and maintaining existing service
  • Coordinating care for referred patients
  • Educating the community and medical professionals about hospice services
  • Ensuring continuity of care through daily interaction with patients, medical professionals, other referral sources, and the community

Requirements:

  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Minimum of an Associate Degree required in a field of study or proven work experience in a health-related field
  • 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively

The salary for this position is determined by years of experience and location.
