Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our multi-family construction projects to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train direct reports, holding them accountable for their performance and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Assess and procure materials, subcontractors, and labor to meet project requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Quality and Safety: Conduct regular safety and quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with superintendents to address complex construction issues and resolve client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Business Acumen: Identify and implement cost-saving measures to enhance profitability and contribute to the growth and success of Wide Effect Talent Solutions.
Requirements:
  • Construction Experience: Multi-family project experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Licensing: A valid driver's license is required.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with NAV, ProCore, or Sage is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 75% of the time is required.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
