Job Description

At Shadow Mountain Memory Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate resident care, including medication administration and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the RN to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues.

Requirements:
