SUMMARY
The Business Solutions Analyst specializing in Yardi is a seasoned collaborator who excels in cross-functional teamwork with both internal teams and external partners. This role demands proficiency in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment that emphasizes scalable solutions aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivates and maintains relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic business goals.
  • Collaborates closely with the AVP of Operations to design and execute comprehensive training initiatives across various platforms.
  • Prepares training environments, develops materials, and organizes training sessions.
  • Conducts regular audits to ensure user provisioning aligns with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Offers support aimed at optimizing workflows.
  • Delivers services that reflect the core values of Welltower.

TRAVEL
Expectation of out-of-area and overnight travel as required by specific projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Skills / Specialized Knowledge:
• Ability to manage multiple work portfolios
• Strong understanding of project management and agile methodologies, with the capability to mentor others
• Exceptional ability to engage and lead teams
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Proficient documentation and reporting abilities

Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years in real estate, finance, or technology
• At least 3 years of experience with Yardi Systems, particularly in property accounting
• Preferred familiarity with Yardi products/modules such as Voyager, Payscan, eProcurement, and others
• 3+ years in technical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Experience in project management and technical support

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, real estate, computer science, or a related field
• Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is highly preferred
