At Strategic Therapy Autism Services LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism and their families. We are currently seeking experienced ABA therapists/ Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Edison, NJ.

About the Role:
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • As an ABA therapist, you will work collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and supervisors to implement evidence-based ABA therapy interventions.
  • You will be responsible for delivering in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions, collecting behavior and skill acquisition data, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Attend professional development trainings and workshops to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
  2. Work collaboratively with a BCBA and supervisors to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  3. Provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism, focusing on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and family support.
  4. Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and evaluate progress.
  5. Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and supervisors.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of six months of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • RBT certification is preferred, but not required. We offer certification courses at no cost.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
