About the Role
The Payroll Compliance Associate will play a crucial role in analyzing and reviewing payroll, tax, personnel records, and other company records to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing reports for detailed findings and coordinating analytical, technical, and research tasks.
- Manipulating and organizing data via Excel.
- Gathering payroll and other data from employers at their locations or remotely.
- Reviewing and analyzing data to provide audit reports and assessments for clients.
- Analyzing collective bargaining agreements for clients.
- Collaborating closely with clients, managers, and partners to deliver high-quality payroll compliance reporting and consulting services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma/GED.
- One year of accounting, payroll, or audit experience (preferred).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
