- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia or eligibility for licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- One year of nursing experience, with a focus on inpatient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Specialty certification in a relevant area, such as critical care or pediatrics.
