JAG Physical Therapy is a leading provider of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services, with over 100 facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at one of our locations.
Competitive Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Physical Therapist to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients with various orthopedic conditions.
As a Sr. Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve functional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and record patient care data, including initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments, progress reports, and discharge plans
- Prepare for evaluations by obtaining patient history, researching unfamiliar diagnoses, and selecting and administering tests and measures
- Formulate diagnoses, goals, prognosis, and plan of care based on evaluation results
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and their support systems to develop and implement treatment plans
- Identify needs for consultations and referrals, initiate and complete discharge plans, and provide education/training to patients and their support systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical TherapyLicensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing inValid CPR licenseExperience/knowledge with EMR software preferredExcellent communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skillsBenefits:
