Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a wonderful school district in Itasca, IL.

As an SLP with ProCare Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse student population and make a meaningful impact on their lives. From toddlers taking their first steps in speech to adults overcoming communication challenges, you will play a crucial role in their journey towards improved communication skills and greater confidence.

Job Details:

  • Onsite
  • Full-Time
  • Caseload/Number of Students: K-8th grade
  • Direct Student Services, Attend IEP Meetings- PL and Goal Responsibility development, Conduct Screenings and Evaluations.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and social-emotional needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and other documentation as required by school policies and regulations.
  • Communicate students' progress to parents, teachers, and administrators on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Must hold active ILSLP License
  • School classroom experience preferred but not required, new grads also welcome
