Village Caregiving, a respected healthcare organization based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our community members. We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

As a CNA at Village Caregiving, you'll play a vital role in providing direct patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Helping residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely
• Recording and maintaining accurate documentation of residents' care and daily activities
• FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY AND INFECTION CONTROL PROTOCOLS
• Assisting with feeding residents and providing hydration
• Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team members

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care or assisted living
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A willingness to pass a background check
