Product Manager, Ad Targeting Expert

The Product team uses creativity, research, insights, and operational excellence to steer our product vision across Snap Inc. This team of Designers, Scientists, and Product Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Snap's advertising platform and user experiences. Together these teams drive value and success to our customers and bring our community together in new and special ways.
What You'll Do:- Build new forms of Targeting that drive advertiser performance by enabling marketers to discover and reach their desired audience
- Drive a unified understanding of our community while protecting user privacy in an ever-evolving privacy landscape
- Define, manage, and execute a long-term roadmap which includes machine learning powered and data-intensive products
- Solicit ideas and feedback, analyze data, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally
- Become the internal voice and representative for revenue-related products
- Ability to initiate projects, and execute against defined objectives and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively with minimal guidance
- Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner
- Exceptional analytical skills
- A team player who can collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
- BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of product management or product marketing experience at a consumer, enterprise, or advertising technology company
- Experience with ad and/or marketing technology at a top-tier digital ad platform
- Advanced quantitative degree (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Math)
- Experience building and applying ML technologies to large-scale problems
- Experience with product design, software development, or interaction design
- Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, Python, R, Minitab, or SPSS

Compensation: In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $202,000-$303,000 annually.
Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $192,000-$288,000 annually.
Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $172,000-$257,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
