Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL A Spotter to join our team at McFarland Truck Lines, Inc. in Austin, MN.

About the Role

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to pick your shifts and hours. As a CDL A Spotter, you will be responsible for spotting and shagging duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform spotting and shagging duties as required.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operations.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Class A CDL.
  • Tractor/Trailer experience is preferred but not required.
  • A good driving record.
  • Good communication skills.
  • No serious violations in the last 3 years.
  • No positive DOT Drug/Alcohol test in the last 5 years.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly pay for this position is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes hourly pay for part-time work.

Estimated Annual Salary: $52,000-$72,000 per year
