Medical Office Nurse RN-Night Shift Specialist

\Key Responsibilities
\* Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
\* Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and preferences
\* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
\* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to established policies and procedures
\* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in nursing and healthcare
\* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging patients, families, and colleagues in the care process

\* Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and guidelines
\Requirements
\* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; bachelor's degree preferred
\* Current MA RN license within 3 months of employment; CPR training required within 3 months of hire
\* Certification or advanced training in specialty area preferred; telemetry experience a plus
\* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
\* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
\* Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
\* Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience
