Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Psychiatry Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our psychiatry portfolio and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare providers and payers.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, reimbursement dynamics, and regulatory requirements to effectively address customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
