LanceSoft, Inc. is hiring a highly skilled Expert Trainer - Electrical Systems to join our team. This role will involve designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for electrical systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for electrical systems and technologies.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and advancements in electrical training.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to instructional staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, education) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical training or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
