At CentiMark Corporation, a leading provider of polished concrete and flooring solutions, we are seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team. With a pay rate of $20-$30/hour dependent upon experience, this role offers a competitive compensation package.

About the Job:

We are looking for a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity and a strong work ethic to install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems. The successful candidate will ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations, properly use equipment and materials, and strive to meet and exceed production targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Install flooring systems in industrial, commercial, and retail environments
  • Ensure workplace safety and adhere to company policies
  • Operate equipment and manage materials effectively
  • Meet or exceed production targets and goals

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in concrete polishing, epoxy/urethane flooring, or LVT/VCT installation
  • Ability to travel and stay out of town for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Authorized to work in the United States
