Job Description

This position allows you to lead a dedicated team, driving innovative solutions that enhance our network capabilities and improve customer experiences. In your daily work as a Site Acquisitions Supervisor, you will directly manage engineering personnel to ensure high-performance standards and project efficiency.

To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate a strong capability to effectively oversee essential duties while fostering a collaborative team environment. This requires a blend of technical and leadership skills, including proficiency in project management tools and strong communication abilities.

The Site Acquisitions Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing staff direction and support, including safety, work scheduling, and coordination of hiring personnel, appraisals, timesheet, and expense report approvals.
  • Managing the engineering staff to complete assigned tasks.
  • Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Interacting directly with the project coordinator in developing the overall construction schedule.
  • Providing feedback on engineering work status and other factors that affect schedule.
  • Coordinating manpower availability to match production schedule.
  • Reporting/Communication Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and resolving team problems in a timely manner; working well in group problem-solving situations; balancing team and individual responsibilities; contributing to building a positive team spirit; aligning group commitments to goals and objectives; inspiring respect and trust; providing vision and inspiration to peers and subordinates.
