Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with complex medical conditions. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients with complex medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in nursing or higher
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience in ICU or medical-surgical nursing preferred
