About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Neurology team at Dell Seton Medical Center UT in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain patient history and perform assessments via observation, interview, and examination.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies.
  • Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions via referral to other healthcare providers or community resources.
  • Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options, and community resources.
  • Document delivery of healthcare and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area standards and network nursing policy.
Requirements
  • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing.
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association.
  • Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
  • Master's degree of Nursing.
