About the Role

This full-time position offers the chance to work exclusively with our therapy team to provide expert knowledge and skills in delivering wellness programs. Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with restorative care as directed by the therapy team
  • Conduct exercises and activities designed to promote physical mobility and strength
  • Work collaboratively with the therapy team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on healthy lifestyle choices
