Senior Configuration Management Specialist

Job Description:
ENSCO is seeking a highly skilled Configuration Analyst to join our team in the Propulsion Directorate. As a Configuration Analyst, you will play a critical role in performing Configuration and Data Management (CDM) activities to ensure the successful development of next-generation aircraft engines for the US Air Force.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and coordinate project documentation, including engineering drawings, production specifications, and schedules, to meet customer contract requirements.
- Review contracts to determine documentation required for each phase of the project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze proposed changes to product design to determine their effect on the overall product and system.
- Support the Configuration Control Board (CCB) through meeting attendance, capturing meeting minutes, and recording approved changes.
- Prepare for, conduct, and/or support major audits, such as Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) or Functional Configuration Audits (FCA).
- Assist the Government in developing and administering CM plans, maintaining design traceability and integrity, convening and managing change boards, and preparing for and attending major events.
- Assist the Government with configuration control for Electronic Records Management (ERP) and IT systems, including configuration planning, data analysis, maintenance of configuration documentation and data, and maintaining inventory/configuration status.
- Review and analyze the weapon system development/sustainment contractor's CM program and data deliveries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Maintain CM files, including configuration identification, change control, and status accounting records.
- Report the weapon system development/sustainment contractor's data delivery status.
- Review and analyze the weapon system development/sustainment contractor's conformance to CDRL requirements.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 8 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field, or 14 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret security clearance.
