Account Executive Opportunity

Logic Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume sales of company products and services
  • Strategically allocate time to activities that will best accomplish set goals
  • Conduct effective discovery meetings to uncover pain points and align with products and services
  • Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM or similar database
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize long-term and immediate value
  • Forecast closed deals and educate users, clients, and prospects about products and services
Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills with people at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to build relationships and accomplish detail-oriented tasks simultaneously
  • Conduct sound business decisions analytically in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent follow-through skills and time management
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Possess excellent phone sales skills with a strong sense of urgency
