Job Title: Senior Image Retoucher

At Madewell, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Image Retoucher to join our team. As a key member of our visual content creation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, visually stunning images that meet our brand's exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retouch images to perfection, ensuring a seamless and natural look that enhances the beauty of our products.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to bring their vision to life, applying your technical expertise to achieve the desired aesthetic.
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines, maintaining a high volume of image retouching while ensuring exceptional quality.
  • Utilize digital asset management techniques to receive, process, and deliver images to our team.
  • Communicate effectively with our team members, providing proactive support and addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in high-volume, deadline-driven production environments, with a focus on image retouching.
  • Superior Photoshop skills and in-depth knowledge of retouching clothing, product refinement, and silhouetting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take direction and provide proactive support.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
