About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned sales enablement professional to join our Product Marketing team as a Sales Enablement Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the necessary resources, training, and tools to drive efficiency and close rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training & Onboarding: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales hires, including customized training modules, testing, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Sales Content & Resources: Maintain a centralized repository of sales materials, ensuring up-to-date and aligned resources such as case studies, templates, and presentations.
  • Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Sales Operations to track key metrics and performance indicators (KPIs), assessing the effectiveness of sales enablement efforts and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Partner with sales leaders to enhance sales processes and implement tools that streamline workflows, drive productivity, and align with customer journeys.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to develop content around new product launches, customer success stories, and competitive insights.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or sales operations focused on solution selling, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Seismic.
  • Strong communication, project management, and prioritization skills, with a strategic mindset.
