Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Surgical Assistant to join our team at Paradigm Oral Health. As an integral part of our oral surgery department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our patients' procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aid surgeons during procedures with precision and attention to detail
  • Meticulously document patient care and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to preoperative tasks, such as preparing equipment and setting up sterile environments
  • Engage in strategic discussions with surgeons and monitor patient status
Requirements
  • BLS Certification (obtained within 1 month of hire)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities
  • Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous oral surgery experience
  • DAANCE certification
  • Licensed dental assistant status
  • Radiology certification
