Resident Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Resident Support Specialist to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their autonomy and dignity.
As a Resident Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs. You will also help with household chores such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing resident spaces.
We offer a competitive salary of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes a full suite of health insurance options, life insurance, and retirement plans. We also offer tuition reimbursement, pet insurance, adoption reimbursement benefits, and a variety of associate discounts.
