Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Legal Practice Assistant to join our dynamic legal team in Boca Raton. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-level support to attorneys, associates, and paralegals across multiple practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and paralegals in various practice areas, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and efficient use of resources.
  • Assist with the preparation, editing, and formatting of complex legal documents and correspondence, utilizing strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Manage attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, hearings, and depositions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports, demonstrating organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Handle client communications and maintain client files, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enter attorney time into InTapp Time Entry and assist with billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial data.
  • Conduct document management using iManage, applying technical expertise to optimize workflow and productivity.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with iManage and InTapp Time Entry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, combined with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
