Job SummaryWe are seeking a PRN Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will contribute to the success of our organization by demonstrating customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism, and teamwork.
This role requires a registered nurse with at least two years of clinical experience in the specialty area. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Accountable for all Registered Nurse duties and responsibilities
- Demonstrates knowledge of unit standards of care, staff competencies, and individual patient care needs
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including care coordination, physicians, and management
- Actively role models and coaches the behaviors associated with leadership
- Successfully completes defined job-specific competencies
Skills required include:
- Ability to organize personnel assignments and activities for others
- Working knowledge of clinical skills in delivery of patient care
- Proficiency in unit and ability to function efficiently during crisis
- Basic Life Support Certification
Requirements include:
- Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing; BSN preferred
- Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state
- At least two years clinical experience within specialty area preferred
