Hospitality Operations Manager

**About the Job:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Housekeeping Department Director to join our team at Residence Inn Portland Hillsboro. As a key member of our hotel's leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and motivate the Housekeeping team, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Housekeeping staff.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that the department operates within budget.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall hotel operations.
**Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing software.
**Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
