Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, including buildings, grounds, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain facility equipment, including lights, HVAC, plumbing, and drains
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with external contractors
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and notify relevant departments of issues
  • Assist in managing facility service requests and provide timely updates
  • Perform routine safety inspections, including emergency lighting, eyewash stations, and fire extinguishers
Requirements
  • Technical Diploma or minimum of 5 years' experience in building and equipment maintenance
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Forklift experience required
