Compensation and Benefits:

As a Pharmacy Technician in Training at Walmart, you will receive competitive hourly wages, ranging from $15.5 to $20 per hour, with the possibility of annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additionally, you may be eligible for premiums, which can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on your schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Employment Details:

This is a full-time or part-time position, with available shifts including mid-shift and closing. You will be working in a dynamic environment, focusing on the needs of our customers as they entrust us with their prescriptions and health needs.

Responsibilities:

As a Pharmacy Technician in Training, your responsibilities will include inputting and processing prescriptions, supporting patients with product information, and providing customer service in our store pharmacies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals.
