Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Caretenders, a part of LHC Group. As a Home Health Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.
  • Instruct patients' families in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment for the patient.
  • Observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition daily.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in state of practice.
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • CPR Certification required.
