PC Support Specialist

At First Tek, we are seeking a highly skilled PC Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and hardware are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Hardware and Software Installation: Install, modify, and repair personal computer hardware and software systems, ensuring they meet the client's requirements.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation to ensure clients are proficient in using our systems.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with clients to identify and troubleshoot problems.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, implementing continuous improvement techniques to enhance our services.
- Education: Trade school course completion, AA, or equivalent external training in computer repair, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Skills: Considerable knowledge of personal computer operations, diagnosis, and repairs, including networks, office application software packages, email, and PC operating systems.
- Experience: Four or more years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced Technical Skills: A+ Certification in personal computer maintenance and repair, or equivalent experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
We offer a competitive salary range of $28.22-$39.42 per hour, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
