We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Experience Champion to join our team at Fetch Pet Insurance.

Job DescriptionThe Customer Experience Champion will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer communications to full completion, resolving customer issues, and amplifying the customer's voice throughout our organization.
- Handle a high volume of customer calls and emails to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Analyze customer motivation and develop solutions to promote customer satisfaction and extend their relationship with Fetch.
- Use multiple desktop tools to assess customers' current policy details and statistics on pet breeds.
- Resell the value of Fetch products by highlighting benefits specific to each customer and their pet(s).
This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits- A competitive salary of $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
